Lest we forget, we must give thanks

We need to now go back and give thanks in all the corners of the country where our request was granted.  Churches should organise thanksgiving services, iZangoma should organise thanksgiving ceremonies! After all, there were services praying for successful games and there were rituals asking for peace during this time when the world was our guest.  Now, go back and give thanks!

Essence of African Spirituality
This is the essence of African Spirituality.  You asked, you received, now give thanks.  As people, we are very good at asking, but extremely poor at thanking and acknowledging.  Because that is what Thanksgiving is all about.  It is about acknowledging all those, seen and unseen, known and unknown, who have played a part in bringing to life whatever it is we were asking for.  We know for a fact, that it is not by our human strength and might that all the pieces of this spectacular event came together.  There was divine intervention and wherever you believe this intervention came from, go back and acknowledge this intervention.

The Power Within
We underestimate the human power to intervene in the events around us.  We actually are stronger than we imagine. As long as we are resolute in our journey and in the prayers and requests that we make to Amadlozi and the Creator, we will  be able to overcome obstacles and make the impossible possible! Walk in faith, and you will succeed in faith.  Always remembering that life is an experience! Philani, MAG
